Fairground Rides

Well I was at a fair ground the other day, and realised my heart rate was going WAY up on some of the rides. I know when you exercise you are supposed to increase your heart rate as it is this that burns fat, so I was wondering if you burn fat by riding rides haha. I realise you won't be exercising any muscles so won't be toning up, and it's clearly not something I intend to do regularly, but was just curious!

Yeah, you'll burn a few extra calories. LOL, not really a very effective method of weight loss, but I guess every little bit helps.0
