Agave Nectar No Calories?

I recently read a post that said agave had no calories. Not true.

1 tablespoon = 60 calories, 16 carbs

Sugar is 45 calories, 12 carbs

Difference is agave is low glycemic.

Anyone have any additional info?

    It gives me a headache, but I haven't quite figured out why.
    I bought some once, tried it in tea, and then threw it out.
