Large and Saggy ... to Small and Saggier.

Yep, this is about boobs.

I went from a 40DD at Walmart to a 34C at Victoria's Secret. What does this mean? That I'm pretty much a B cup at Walmart and everywhere else since Victoria's Secret usually says a cup size bigger than the bra really is :noway:

My breasts were already saggy and truthfully, I prefer my smaller boobs but they're very saggy unless they've been in a bra all day or something like that. If they're allowed to "roam free" for a while ... they kinda just hang there. Is there any exercises to help tighten up the area beneath the skin so that the area will be less loose? My boobs will never be perky so I really prefer myself when I'm in a bra. Sad that my butt is able to get perky so easily with the weight loss but my boobs seem to not be able to. :sad:

On a different note, it kills me when people that knew me back when I was a DD cup now talk about how I'm flat chested ... I'm not flat chested, you're just not used to the fact that they're smaller now. Kills me.

    I have noticed a difference after doing Jillian Michales workouts. She does certain weight exercises just for that area. One that focuses on that area is her No More Trouble Zones workout. Hope that helps.
