I like playing Kinect Adventures for XBox 360 Rallyball or Reflex Ridge. About 300 cal per hour playing advanced level at gold/platinum achievement.0

My favorite is taking my Trek outside and biking between 10-20 miles minimum. I love feeling that wind in my face.0

Cycling and swimming, although I do the former mainly, and with lots of hills, it has really helped keeping my weight down.0

Been doing some circuit training to keep my heart rate up. I first start out on either the elliptical or rowing machine0

Oh boy, I have so many that I like, swimming, running, biking, elliptical. I switch it up a lot, but my ultimate favorite would probably be swimming. (I also strength train)0

I have a few videos I like and I work with a trainer twice a week doing plyometric circuit training workouts..
I'm just looking for some new ideas!!

It's a tossup between swimming, biking, and running.
Right now I am excited about swim season and had a great swim with my group this am.0 -
Swimming, jump rope, HIIT... anything so I don't have to be on a machine for an extend period of time, I last about 10 minutes before boredom kicks in .0

Going to the local coffee shop and proclaiming loudly that we need gun registration and that the cops are only there to help you. Then running before I'm beaten to death.
