I have been doing so well, and feeling so encouraged. I re-injured my back Wednesday evening and while I did still walk on the treadmill on Thursday, by Friday evening I couldn't do it. I have been on ice, had a massage, and went to the chiropractor today. I truly feel afraid b/c I do not want to break up the pace of the steady, healthy weight loss. I have been feeling so much better emotionally, too. The last time I really tried to lose weight and get healthy, a chronic pain issue that I have sidelined me. Anyway, swimming and other exercises that would be friendlier for my back are not really an option right now. So, I guess I am just venting. I want to walk, and rely on it for stress relief in addition to my weight loss. I don't want to see the scale stop. Waaah...

I know how you feel, sidelined myself, hip bursa inflammed. The trainers at the gym said if can't work out just track my food VERY carefully and stay at my calories. Don't over do anything that will make your back worse, maybe after a week or so you could do some yoga?

    Stay safe!

    go to therapy...
and what was your main injury?
i had a really bad impact injury before i couldn't even move when it was fresh i had it sorted out by therapy and doing gym work paying attention to form has faded it away for the most part.
