Runners, fastest pace on Garmin?

Just curious. What is the fastest pace you have recorded on your Garmin/etc.?

    If I remember correctly it was around 4:45. I think it was when I run across an intersection to beat traffic.(most likely a total of 3-5 seconds)!!! Then it was back to reality.

    lol that is around what I see also. Sure wish I could hold that pace :)

    9.1 miles an hour - last effort sprint at the end of a run (500m if that)

    I recorded a 4:06 min./mi. doing wind sprints at the high school track Average pace was more like 8:00 min/mi
