Can somebody advice me on my dairy entry?

Some of you guys know that I turned vegan a while ago but I have been told by my doctor that I cannot continue eating a vegan diet. He was telling me that for MY body it does not suit because when it comes to repairing muscles, my body does not meet the standards that it should when I am injured or ill.

So I was told that I need to stop being Vegan. It does upset me because I was enjoying being vegan but I'm not going to endanger myself so I will do as my doctor says. It feels very strange for me.

Anyway, I was wondering if you guys could look at my diary and tell me if I did ok calorie wise. I had burned over 520 calories, should I have eaten most of what I burned?

  • You ate some of the exercise calories back, I think calorie wise you are good. From what you are saying about your doctor's advice, I'd look for some good sources of protein and try to get that a little higher if you can.
