    I would recommend upper-mid tempo electro house, right now I can't stop listening to "Cott's Face" by Feed Me to get pumped up.

    Nice, but a little slow for me. That's 128 BPM. I like the house music on my workout playlist to be in the 138-142 BPM range, as it matches my pace on the elliptical.

    mine has a nice mix for when im heavy lifting & then running i prefer faster paced music && well then a bit of "Scream" for the push to lift haha right now mine looks like:
    a day to remember
    atreyu
    underoath
    ke$ha
    eminem
    one direction
    that nicki minaj starship song haha
    && sometimes a bit of rap.
    mostly bands like the top 3 though :]
