Howdy. This is the first time I have used a fitness/food tracking program. Hope it helps to keep me motivated. I don't have a huge goal to meet, but with every little pound, I'm hoping to gain back a whole lot of self confidence and energy. Looking forward to learning great tips!

    I'm only on my 2nd week here and it really keeps me motivated. I would've given up by now if it wasn't for this web-site :happy:

    I agree about MFP being such a helpful tool. I am also in my second week and I have so much confidence that I can actually do it. I finally feel like I will drop the weight I have been wanting to lose for a long time. Good Luck !
