Does ANYTHING I can drink take the place of some of the water I am supposed to drink? I just have a hard time drinking 8 glasses of water a day, even with flavoring added to it!

I have done some research on the topic but am not an expert. It seems that the answer is NO. I believe that the citric acid (or something) makes it not a good substitute. Also, on the 8 glasses a day, a better equation is weight/2= ounces you should consume. The more you weigh, the more water you need. I can attest that my best losing days are the days that I meet or exceed my water goal.0

I was afraid of that. I know when I do manage to drink it, I lose faster. But I hoped...:frown:0
