What to do next!?

I'm doing my first half marathon in May! Yay :) But after having lost a total of over 90lbs (and being overweight my whole life), I have plenty of loose skin I'd like to tone & tighten!

I've been contemplating P90X and workouts of the like for a while now, but with school, being a mommy, & training for my half, I've been saving that for after my big run.

I will keep running for fun & cardio, but at modest mileages :)

    Time to lift!!!

    I recommend picking up the book New Rules of Lifting for Women. GREAT program and easy to follow. You should see great results being a beginner at lifting too!

    Good luck with the 1/2 marathon!
