:D Silken Tofu Recipes???

I bought a pack of silken tofu the other day.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do with it? It will be my first time cooking with it! haha

The recipe will hopefully be easy to prepare and low in calories, carbs and sodium as it is for dinner time ^_^

Tofu Chocolate Mousse - try checking The Circle's website, think that's where I got it. Can't remember how it was in terms of carbs/protein/cals but it tasted alright!

I got to say dont buy the tofu pudding mix, eewwwww.

Be sure to drain it well.

I used to cube it and fry it in a teriyaki like sauce.

Also, works great for faux egg salad. wouldn't know a recipe, made it up as I went
