Hi from Ontario!

I've been a member of MFP for about 2 weeks or so now, and am loving it! I've been following the message boards almost religiously and realized that I never really introduced myself!

At my heaviest I was 200lbs, but last summer after a year at the gym and 6 weeks walking around Europe I got down to 160lbs, the lightest I had been in a long time. But since then I moved to start my Master's degree which had completely flipped my schedule on its head. I kept finding excuses and didn't keep up any of exercise habits. I allowed myself to get back up to 185lbs. Thankfully I found this wonderful site with lots of great information, tons of support and motivation from lots of people just like me. I've finally gone back to the gym, am starting the 30 day shred tomorrow morning, and have really been watching what I eat. After being in the healthy BMI range last summer and knowing how great it feels, I look forward to getting back there (and going further!) :smile:

Goal Weight: 150
1st Mini-goal: 170 by 13/08 (bf and I's 1 year anniversary :heart: )

    Hello and welcome to the best website ever. You will love it here, I do. This site is so helpful, supportive, motivational, easy to use, and everyone here is so nice and friendly.
