Post-Workout Snacks!

Sometimes, the best part of a workout is the post-workout snack...so what do you eat after your workout?

Tonight I did 30DS and had this wrap for a snack:

1/4 cup southwestern egg beaters
1/4 cup jimmy dean turkey sausage crumbles
1 slice fat free sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 of a Joseph's low-carb flax wrap

125 cals, 11 carbs, 0 sat. fat, 3 fiber, 18 protein

Delicious! :smile:

    If Ive done a really hard workout I will have a protien shake, but if I do a lighter workout I generally just have some water and a piece of fruit.
