exercise help

I work a very physical job. Im on a shovel or asphalt rake for 6-8 hours a day. Its the only exercise i get but Im going all day long with very little rest or breaks. Or Im pushing a wheelbarrow full all day long. I just dont have any idea how to keep track of callories burned for this. Im averaging it out at about 1000 calories burned each day but Im sure its more because of the amount im doing and how long im doing it.
Does anyone have any ideasthat may help me track this better. right now im just marking it down as walking for 1000 calories a day. I would really like to know what the actual amount is though:smile:
Any ideas would help
