Best way to fight off a cold -

I am starting to feel a cold coming on. Would love to know if anyone has got any tips for trying to keep it at bay and not letting it develop into something bigger.

(not really a diet question, but I don't want to be out of action for exercise!).

    lots of fluids (water, tea, more tea, water) and lots of exercise. you might want to avoid dairy for a bit since that can increase mucous

    i still go to the gym when i have something brewing, i just go at an easy rate.. enough to break a sweat but nothing super taxing

    Emergen-c (at least twice a day) and cold eaze zinc lozenges...works every time for me!!
