Grrr almonds

I've just eaten the last of the almonds I bought. So much for a healthy snack - I can't stop eating them and can consume a ridiculous amount of calories in a short space of time! I do measure, but then keep going back for more.

Don't think I'll buy them again.
Just a silly vent.

    I eat lots of them, they are healthy fats which means it will help you bur more body fat :)

    Have you tried portioning them out in snack size zip locks? Then limit yourself to one bag a day. I find it easier to stop if they're bagged up rather than just grabbing a portion out of the larger package because you can always grab just one more, no just one more, well just one more won't hurt!
