My fiancé asked me to hold his legs so he could do some sit-ups. And before I even get started, this isn't kinky so get ur mind our of the gutter. =P So I sat on his legs and wrapped my legs around his kinda Indian style. Then I realized I could do sit-ups while he was doing them. Then I came up with another move. Instead of Indian style I brought my legs even with his on the outside. I told him to resist and push my legs back, therefore working my adductors as he worked his abductors. He said it was easy, but when we switched and he stopped at 12 saying he was tired. I got a workout both ways. I think with practice we could exercise our inner and outer thighs without any equipment. Anyway I thought it was neat, though a little hard to explain without it being taken the wrong way but oh well.
