Cheat meal within calorie limit?

That depends...does having something like that set you up for a binge? For me? Oh, yeah. It is better for me to just avoid all of my "trigger foods". Even if I'm under calorie levels. Cheat days are fine just in moderation. IF you can do that, that is the question.:glasses:
Nope, I don't binge. It just satisfies my cravings and I was wondering if it could affect my weight loss in a negative way0 -
I tend to have a cheat day once a week and go over my calories... my weekly calories are always still at weight loss level but I find that a cheat day slows my weight loss considerably. I'm losing about 0.5 pounds a week yet my weekly calories always net at around 1200-1500 (under my bmr). I've gone through stages of not having cheat days and I've lost 2-3 pounds a week. However, I don't mind losing slowly as I so look forward to one day a week in which I take the pressure off!0

If it's within my calorie allowance I don't consider it a cheat, just not a great choice of meal.0
