the day started out alright. I went to a meeting for 7 hours whre they just fed us candy. I am already over my calories. The lecture was boring. I was going to write a post about being able to fit a size 7 but today has just been horrible in so many aspects. I feel like I have put on more then I lost...... grrrrrrrrr
Plus I am afraid to weigh myself now... :explode:

If you can't lose it all in a day, you can't gain it all in a day either. Don't worry so much or you'll hate this and won't be able to adopt healthy eating for life. Remember, eat 80-90% clean, 10-20% dirty. We're all human.

I worked for a program that received USDA funds to serve, and teach, about healthy eating habits. Which they did an excellent job of doing. Then during staff meetings, they served bagels, donuts, and candy, candy, candy, candy, candy and soft drinks. Everyone felt the sugar rush and drop and the meetings seemed to drag on forever and then some. As if that wasn't bad enough, almost every employee there was in the obese category and many were into the morbidly obese category. In the 30 years they've been in business, they've never gotten a clue. Sometimes I would take snacks, sometimes I caved in. If I worked there now, I'd be on the wellness committee and would be advocating for change in the system....and that;s my rant about junk food in the work place. Well, that's part of it, but I'll move on to something else.
