I have upped my calorie intake because I don't seem to be losing weight on the alloted 1200 that MFP suggests, I have worked out that somewhere between 1500-1600 get me about 1lb loss a week, which is fab! Anyway, today I have input my food and exercise that I will be doign for the day and it states that I my net calories is 371....wtf.....I am actually eating around 1600 today but for my exercise (a jog for around 44 mins which is a 5k and then about 75 mins of aerobics split probably 30 mins high impact 30 mins low impact and then the other 15 is spent on sit ups, push ups and so on) for that they rekon I burn over 1000cals!!!! Surely that cant be right. I know weight has a lot to do with the estimates of burning calories so fyi I am around 193lbs.

The only accurate way to measure what you burn is to wear a heart rate monitor (HRM) chest strap. I only believe I burn half of what MFP tells me. It's confusing as anything.0
