Any suggestions on a healthy bagel from the grocery store?

ive found its not the bagels fault it was mine with all the extra crap i was putting on it. now im eatin a lenders onion bagel with nothing on it and it by its self is not to bad just loaded with carbs0

I know Lender's makes some whole wheat bagels. Most are ok calorie wise I guess. Saw some that were 150-220 frozen or fresh. You just have to be careful what you put on top, that is what will ramp up the calories. Try a fat free cream cheese or a sugar free jelly (I am in LOVE with the Smucker's sugar free jelly (preserves).
Look for whole grain or whole wheat, not regular or fruit ones.0
