I am just wondering if anyone knows of any inner thigh exercises that do not require kneeling. My knees have been damaged and weak ever since I was in elementary school, and I still weigh quite a bit, so I can't put that weight on them yet. I am losing a lot of fat from my inner thighs though, and the skin is just hanging--it's so gross. I'm looking for exercises that might be able to help tighten that area.

The only thing you can do for your inner thighs is lose more weight everywhere; you can't lose fat in one area by working it.0

I know, I wasn't trying to lose fat--I asked how to tighten the skin.0

you can strengthen the muscles of your legs, but if the problem is really skin that is loose..... not much you can do about it.0

Forget how your legs look right now. Suggest you focus on strengthening the muscles around the knees to stabalize them. I cannot stress how important this is for your long term benefit. I tore my ACL 20 years ago and my right knee remains weak. Extra weight wil cause knee damage too, so I have heard.
As for loose skin, not much you can do. There are cosmetic procedures and topical treatments that can temporarily tighten it.0 -
Sumo style deadlifting and Sumo-stiff legged deadlifts will help stimulate the inner thigh muscles more than other exercises will.0
