I heard about it and bought it on eBay- it's got a camera that you hook up to the PS2, and a game where you can input your weight, height and resting heart rate. Then you can play a bunch of different games that all involve punching, kicking, and some tai chi stuff, with some yoga thrown in. You can see yourself on the screen working out! I thought it was pretty neat and I burned 700 calories in an hour, according to my HRM.

I had heard of it but never tried it or talked to anyone that had. Was it entertaining? How do you think it compares to Wii Fit?

For PS2 I like Yourself Fitness. You track progress with fitness tests and it customizes workouts for you based on the test and your goals. It is a good tool.

I don't have a Wii, but I have a neighbor that has a Wii and the Wii Fit. I'll have to see if I can try it out.

I heard about Yourself Fitness too, but the Eye Toy Kinetic sounded like a lot more fun because I like the martial-arts component of it (lots of kickboxing moves, etc.) and it gave me a hellacious workout today. My *kitten* is going to be KILLING me tomorrow- but it's a good pain.!!!

I use this program all the time, plus other eyetoy programs like dance and boarding. PlayStation 2's are really cheap now having been superseded by the PlayStation 4.
