Jumpstart Metabolism

Hi everyone:

Good morning. Can you give me some great ways that you have jumpstarted your metabolism? I have noticed a change in it since hitting 30, but I know there has to be some ways to rev it up again. What has worked for you?

    What worked for me was Jillian Michaels dvds. I mixed it up too - starting off I got up 30mins early and did her 20min workout (30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30). This really shocked my body and was a great kick start. Then I added in another of her dvds in the evening (Killer Buns & Thighs or 6 pack 6 weeks). When the weather is good I go walking and I also do Pilates. Hope this helps.

    at the gym a trainer is getting me to do high intensity nterval training and some weights to rev up my metabolism.

    Interval training! And two weeks of gluten-free, sugar-free eating to start off new regime.... I couldn't do that full time, but I figure for two weeks I can... then hope to keep low-gluten, low-sugar after that.
