Starting an Ambitious Workout

Hi!!!

I'm starting an ambitious 6-day per week workout routine and I could use some extra motivation and support.

Day One was yesterday, and I'm really pumped because this is my first week, but I know how quickly the first-week-pumped sensation can turn into the excuses-excuses-excuses syndrome and then I fall off.

So while I'm pumped...I started a blog here on MFP!!! It would really help keep me encouraged if I had some support from the community. I plan to write a little bit each day; I hope that will help me stay on track!!
