Baseball game help and advice!!

I'm going to be going to a MLB baseball game for my birthday later this week. I know I'm going to have a hot dog and some nachos (it's part of the whole baseball experience. Haha) I was just wondering if anyone had any advice or suggestions how I could prepare for this caloric filled day. Thanks so much!!

    You can't deprive yourself of things like that. As long as it's not an everyday thing you will be ok. If you are worried, you can maybe eat 100-200 less a day until then to 'save up' the calories for a high day and/or get in extra cardio.
    Just enjoy yourself and don't worry too much about 1 day.
