Today is my 1 year anniversary on MFP and I am thrilled to say I have lost 52 lbs. I have lost weight before many times, but this is the first time I have done it the right way. I am so happy to say this web site has changed/saved my life. I decided this time not to go on a "diet" but to change my eating patterns. The support here has been a god send. I plan to keep going and loose another 50.
