During my workout today the HRM was going off (but it always does as discussed previously) and I could feel my heartbeat in my head. My ears sounded like I was holding a seashell to them. Too much? lol. I want to make sure I put in a full hour every day. Everything I read says people who get get results and keep their weight loss put i at least 60 minutes for 5 days per week, but I find after I pass the 40 minute mark it does get pretty tough.

I have that same problem with my step classes. Around the 35 minute mark I start getting exertion headaches and feel like I'm going to barf. What I started doing now is making sure I'm drinking plenty of water, and remembering that if its getting to be too much there are lower options. So I just keep going but I take it down a few notches until I feel better then step it back up again.0

If you feel fatigue and you come to ressent your workout I would say you are pushing too hard. That being said, I exercise 45 minutes max 4-5 times a week and I consider myself to be pretty successfull.0
