I've lost 1.5 pounds this week!

Ok, it's just a pound and a half, but I've been in a slump, and I'll take it! I only started back in February with MFP, but I'm slowly figuring out how this whole "weight loss" thing works. I don't cut our all the foods I love, but I make up for it with the other foods I eat and exercise. And getting grilled chicken vs fried chicken makes a world of difference! Me and a couple of co workers have started the C25K program during lunch and today I should get my 30 Day Shred in the mail. I'm pretty stoked, and hopefully from here on out, no more plateaus. 4 pounds down, only 26 more pounds to go!
