Why have you decided on this hun? I think it will be OK if you are within your daily allowances, however, I think I would personally miss solid food too much!0

I don't like this idea.
I think you should instead focus on making reasonably good food choices and using those foods to hit your daily allowance of calories and macronutrients.
Your goal is simply to create a calorie deficit, get some exercise, and use a reasonable amount of common sense when deciding what to eat (mostly nutritious foods and even a little junk food if you can do so without behavioral issues).
You don't need to substitute real food for liquids with the above plan, and the above plan, for the vast majority, will be long term.0 -

This. I don't know what you're like, but I can only sustain my weight loss if I've learned how to eat responsibly, not just by replacing food with drinks. Eventually, you'll go back to eating food, and if you haven't learned how to control portions or offset with exercise, you probably won't be successful at maintaining for the long haul.0 -
I had hit a plateau for 3 -4 weeks. My daughter gave me this diet plan she was on through her gym. I was getting bummed because I couldn't get past the 200 thing. 1 day on her plan and I was down to 198.6. I am still trying it and my scale is finally moving even on a daily basis. I know I don't listen to the scale everyday... just like to make sure not gaining. Anyway diet has you eating only protiens, fruit and veggies. 3 servings of the mix 5 times a day. A serving is about the size of your open hand. I'm not 100% on it but it sure has helped get me moving. I have to see some success to really be into this. I only do 20 to 30 minutes walks everyday so not that into all the fancy exercise. If you want examples or the diet sheet just send me a message. I would not do this longterm but I am for 1 week to see how it goes. Good luck with whatever you do!0

How many calories does this end up being? You can eat regular foods in reasonable amounts and lose weight.
Don't fee bad about last week. Weight loss isn't linear. Starving yourself isn't the answer to one bad week.0 -
I dunno, what do the overall calories and macros look like and how does this match up to your goals?0

I have to say that I love my green shakes in the AM, it is one of the best ways that I can get a ton of veggies in without feeling like I am eating salad all day every day--I get half to three quarters of a pound of leafy greens in one go. There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing a shake for breakfast--in fact, I would venture to say that all of my breakfast shakes are more healthy than what most people have for breakfast. I would also like to point out something that I only recently learned: you don't need the powders like Herbalife and whatnot all the time. I have a Non-GMO soy powder that I add to shakes when I think that they need it, but I have found that the vast majority of them don't need the additional protein. Here is an example shake that was superb:0

I don't think it sounds good. My guess is that you'd be hungry a lot and would likely gain anything you lost back because you probably couldn't live like that forever. I've never been a fan of strict short term diets. Unless you are talking about a very short term kick start it's probably not the best way.0
