I just discovered this stuff from reading another fitness blog...
I tried it out yesterday for the first time. I wanted to know how you guys incorporate in diet... Ok to put in protein shake to sub a meal? I am going to try that tonight with spinach shake.
Let me know how you incorporate if you dont mind.

I love PB2...I add a couple of tablespoons to my morning protein shake sometimes, use it in recipies (amazing low fat peanut butter cookies), etc. It's also yummy mixed to the consistency you like and used as a dip for carrots or celery. It took a litle convincing to get my family to try it, they were a little scared of the whole powder mixed with water = peanut butter idea.0

Thanks for the info.. didnt even think about cookies!
My husband tried it last night and didnt turn his nose, so that is a plus. It takes great to me, and for 1/2 the calories and fat.. I think I am sold.
Just got to find more ways to use it.

I add PB2 to my morning oatmeal. I makes a great dip for apples - yum! You can mix it with jelly for a low fat PB&J. Good as a spread for toaster waffles (yes, I still add maple syrup).
