Sauteed squash and onions

non-stick skillet
@1 1/2 yellow squash per person
medium sweet onion
salt and pepper
Margarine-as little as possible, usually 1 1/2 tbsps(might be able to use less olive oil)
Cut everything up into small pieces.
Saute until very tender. Season to taste. Yummy.

    OOOwee I love squash, I have some in in my freezer.. never had em sauteed Im sautee my with pam olive spray red onion uuummm yum I love squash:blushing: :blushing: :smile:

    Could make a good meal all on it's own with some chicken breast!!

    This is one of my favorite recipes! I've been making it since I learned to cook. It's also good with a little dill weed sprinkled on it.
