Hiya! My name is Rebecca, I have been journalling for a little over 2 weeks or so, and figured I would pop in and join the community. I have been reading through some threads and see that I have a lot to learn about the logistics of weight loss, and fitness.
I am in the process of loosing about 10-15 more pounds that I put on after a bout with depression after a miscarriage a few months back. I started journaling on another app a few months ago, but really like this site much better. I have lost about 15 pounds already. I know that 135 is on the low end of my weight for my height (5'8") but my frame is naturally smaller, and I feel best around 135-140.
For the time being I am on a 1200 calorie intake, with at least 3 days in the gym cardio and weight training.
I just a few days ago started a regimen of juicing in the morning for breakfast and it is wonderful!!!!
My journal is open for any feedback.
I would really like to get the remainder of the weight off by June, and be able to tone up my mama body!
I have a hard time filling my caloric requirements most days.....good food is so filling daggummit!!!! But after reading a few threads I see I need to start meeting that amount.
I am looking forward to getting to know folks, and ready to learn!
