Dr Mercola's Miracle Whey

I want to know if anyone is using Dr. Mercola's Miracle Whey protein powder and what are your thoughts on it on flavor and consitency? This is what is important to me at this moment since I know it is a quality product.

I am interested in it because it is pretty clean. I just want to make sure I like the flavor and consistency. I used this about 2 years ago but only for a month so I can't remember much about it.

I just started using this type of products again and want to continue using them. I am currently using Shakeology. I like the flavor of Shakeology Chocolate and the consistency I get when using my vitamix.

I use protein powders sometimes as snacks and sometimes as meal replacements (for dinner) if add more ingredients to make it more calorie dense.

Why am I looking to switch if I like Shakeology?
1) Price - Shakeology is not cheap but I won't change it unless I find something I like the same in terms of flavor and consistency
2) Ingredients: I like the short list of ingredients in Miracle Whey and the whey is from grass-fed cows. It also has many organic ingredients. These are important to me.

I also thought I would put this out there about Shakeology. I know it is marketed as more than a protein powder and that comparing the 2 might be like comparing oranges to apples. I know Shakeology is expensive but I am willing to pay for it because I like the flavor, consitency and ingredients. So if your comment is going to be about this, please move on to the next topic. I don't want to hear what I already know.

I'm bumping this for 2 reasons:

1. I hate when I post a topic and no one replies and it gets lost in stupid other posts like about supermodel/athlete/celebrity random people look like
2. I'm really interested in this. I'm trying to go organic as much as possible, so the more I know, the better.

I'm curious about this and most all protein powder products...I'm finishing the bag of Shakeology I have and not re-ordering. I just made a simple Green Smoothie this morning (no added protein), but I think it would be good to have a good-mixing protein powder around to add when I need the extra boost.

I agree with reason #1!

My husband's friend uses this product. It comes in 6 different flavors and loves it. He is a natural/organic type of person so his opinion is important to me but he is not picky in terms of flavor or consistency. He juices raw vegetables regardless of flavor so I want to have more opinions on it.

I am interested in this topic, I am REALLY sad to see there is not more to it yet! I have only tried 1 type of protien powder (someting my dad said I just HAD to try- he gave it to me in a ziplock and I never saw the bag) and it made my smoothie taste like chalk AND had arificial sweetners which I am allergic too.. Any thoughts on a good starting point would be really great! Thanks!

Curious as well, I currently use Optimum Nutrition Natural Whey and enjoy it but enjoy hearing other options!

It is a good quality product so I think I will buy it once my shakeology runs out. Hopefully the flavor is good too.

Ok. I will let you know. My husband's friend loves the banana and blueberry ones. I think the strawberry tasted like strawberry milkshake (too bad I can't remember).

I am probably putting an order next week. I will get chocolate, banana and strawberry
