Weight Watchers stability ball workout

Has anyone used this? I got the ball with a DVD the other day. Did a workout this morning for 30 min. Do I put it under calastinics (sp?) or aerobics or yoga or what? Its for the abs, butt and thigh area

    I don't know. You could create your own exercise and just go by your HRM (if you have one).
