When you input cardio exercise in the daily diary it gives you calorie credits (calories burned) but if you put in strength training exercise you get no calorie credits?
Am I wrong in thinking that strength exercises also burn calories?

I wish I knew the answer to that...I know that you don't burn a whole lot of cals from doing strength training...but I'm at the gym putting in quite a lot of time into that type of excerise. I'm trying to bulk up...and so I'm doing a lot of weight lifting.0

I thought that was weird too, until I realized that you just have to put "strength training" in the cardio to get your calorie credit.0
