Comcast On Demand

Anyone have ideas on how to log Comcast On Demand workouts, that don't really involve Cardio? They have a lot of sculpting or total body workouts, but not sure how to log it.

Any advise is appreciated :smile:

    Wear a heart rate monitor to determine calories burned, use any selection you want in the database and overwrite the calories burned.

    The MFP exercise database grossly over estimates calories burned. Don't trust it! Get a heart rate monitor it will be the best investment you make in getting fit and healthy.
