How many calories should I eat??

Hi! I am just wondering if anyone has a good was of figuring how many calories I should be eating. I just started Insanity Month 2 yesterday and felt horrible after wards. I had such a bad stomach ache and just felt weak. I drink protein shakes after every workout. Yesterdays workout burned 1009 calories. I usually try to take in 1350-1400 calories each day. Is that enough for these INSANE workouts or should i be taking in more. Yesterday a lil while after my workout I ate another protein bar and started feeling better. Any ideas? Thank you!

    You need your 1350-1400 AND at least 50% of your exercise calories on top of that.
    If you take the exercise calories off what you are eating, that is all you are giving your body and let's face it, your body cannot subsist on 500 calories and less.
