Hey Guys! I have came across a huge obstacle... I just can hardly seem to eat breakfast!! I am one of those people who are crazy rushing around in the mornings, I am lucky enough to have two matching socks (okay, thats not true but you get the point haha).. I also dont have a huge appetite...
I have to be at class at 945am.. I get done around a 11 and come home and usually have lunch... then I work from 12:30-3:30......
Do you have any suggestions? Is 11am still considered breakfast? do you count it as breakfast and just have a lighter lunch/snack later in the day? then have dinner?
Any suggestions would be greatly apperciated not sure what I should do.. I usualy eat dinner around 530-6ish.

1) As long as it doesn't cause behavioral/performance issues (binging, inability to hit or stay under daily calorie goal, lightheadedness/etc) then you can just skip breakfast. It's fine.
2) What you label your meals doesn't matter. As long as your end-of-day total intake is in a reasonable spot, it makes little to no difference how you partition your calories into your various meals.0 -
As long as you're meeting your calorie goals, it doesn't matter if you eat breakfast or not. If you do want to eat something, maybe grab a fruit on the go.0
