First some history:
I'm 27 years old, i'm female and stand at 5ft 1inches tall my starting weight was 154lbs.
I joined MFP and after inputting my settings i was given a target to eat 1200 calories a day, i set my activity to lightly active. BMR calculator put me at 1485, and 2042 with light exercise. So i had quite a big deficit.
I work in retail and cycled 3 miles to work and 3 miles back 5 times a week. This is all i was doing in the beginning and i lost 6lbs in 1 month.
Then i started exercising, i was doing weight training and 30ds 2-3x a week on top of my cycling. i started eating back 20% of my exercise calories because i didn't have an HRM at the time. I lost another 3lbs doing it this way, still aiming for a 1200 net calorie goal.
I finally got a HRM and started eating back 100% of calories burned, I have increased my exercise regime to include running 1x a week, 30ds 5x a week and weight training 2x a week and i ate back all of the calories i burned. Some days i ate a total of 1800 calories with a net of 1200. i gained 1lb back the following month.
I haven't yet lost that whole 1lb (2 weeks).
So i started reading more on the forums and reading articles on BMR and eating for the thin person you want to become.
I calculated my BMR for my current weight to be 1448 to live, and with the amount of exercise i am doing 2244 i now class my self as moderately active.
The BMR calculation for the 115lb me is 1315 cals to live and if i keep with my current activity level it would be 2038.
So which calculation do i eat for? Do i eat the calories after exercise for the skiny me or do i eat my current BMR of 1448 and then count everything else as a bonus towards weightloss.
Obviously my BMR will drop with weight loss.
I am quite confused and really want to see more progress than what have this month. 0.5lbs lost in 3 weeks.

I've posted on your wall. You need to eat for the BMR you are at now to fuel your body....what sense is there in eating as if you have a lower BMR? You are then eating below your BMR!! Dangerous and silly! .....and I'd also say you are quite active too0
