    The only way for a woman to really bulk up is to take supplements or illegal drugs.

    I consistantly eat over 100grams of protein and I am not bulky

    I begain a primal lifestyle recently, I am still transitions. But I have cut most processed food, all grains and all hydroginated oils. I feel fabulous.

    Good luck with your high protein low carbs...just make sure you don't cut out vegetable carbs.
