I first started this quest for a healthier lifestyle (I refuse to call it a diet) in February 2012. I started at a BMI of 46.1, extremely obese for my height. One of my goals is to be obese, then overweight and then healthy. To date I have lost 30 lbs by sticking to 1,200 calories and exercising 3-5 times per week. (Officially started C25K last night). Today my BMI is 40.7! Yeah me!
