Workout Apps?

Does any1 reccomend any? Some daily goals or proper workouts. I have no idea how to build muscle through workouts and need help. Much easier to mark something off a list and just do what needs to be done than having to think and create one when I probably rather be doing something else anyways. The app must be free and easy to use. I have a hard time remembering formulas and such so an app is really what i need.

I have both Fitness Buddy and Gain Fitness on my iphone. My friend swears by Gain Fitness. I just downloaded it last week and have only used it once, but I really enjoyed it. You can tell it where you are working out (home, gym, on the road), what type of equipment you have available and want to use, which muscle group you want to work, and it puts together a routine based on how much time you want to spend. It's pretty impressive for a free app.0
