If i just go the gym 3 times a week for an hour at each visit would that be enough to loose some weight.

    Ahh, the gym is only part of the equation Becca, you need to eat right as well. In fact you can lose weight without going to the gym at all, in the broadest terms if your calories in are less then your calories out (maintenance calories) then you will lose weight.

    Going to the gym is great on many levels, but it's not the deciding factor on whether you lose weight, the main factor is controlling your diet, being accountable for every calorie that goes in your mouth, and being honest about your eating habits.
