Zumba - calorie estimate

Hello all

I went to zumba tonight, and my HRM (non-chest strap one, so I know it's not as accurate) monitor told me I'd burned 1062 calories. That sounded a bit high to me, so I checked on zumbacalories.com when I got in, and that tells me 577? What do I enter into my exercise log??
