Jillian Michaels Question

About four weeks ago I bought five Jillian Michaels videos. I have 30 day shred and was doing it (but not consistantly) for a couple months. I didn't make it out of level one (kept restarting) and about four weeks ago I could get through level one with out stopping. I'm a workout novice and I have a desk job and a hip replacement (12 years ago). I have ripped in 30, 6 week 6 pack, buns and thighs, no more trouble zones, and Boost metabolism banish fat. I got really bored with 30DS. What one do you recommend of the others I start with so I don't kill myself. I want to get back in the game.

Honestly the 30DS is best. I have ripped. I like it but its tough. I just mute her and play some music while i workout. keeps me into it!

Have you tried a different level of 30 Day Shred? If you get bored, rotate the levels instead of doing one level for 10 days straight.

For what it's worth, I prefer each subsequent level of 30DS more than the previous.

Yes! I moved to Level 2 in about 5 days. Level 2 is MUCH harder and trust me you will not be bored. Same goes for Ripped In 30. I'm on Level 3 and should be on Level 2. When you get used to a level just move to the next one...

i dont have those but i love level 2 of 30ds it was my fav and I honestly thought level 3 was the easiest.
if u like jumping ull like level 2. u dont need to go in order really, jump around. a workout is a workout! everything is modified if needed too!

I hate jumping, it's the worst part. lol And I don't really "get used" to the level. I finally got to where I could make it through level 1 with out stopping. But it was still quite a work out. I was just bored.

I love No More Trouble Zones because its almost all weight work! Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is a great one too and it has some fun kickboxing moves in in.

I did the 30 day shred last summer and I got very bored of it and her talking annoyed me so much. I personally rotated through the levels (level 1, then level 2 the next day, then level 3 the next day, then back to level 1). This kept it a little more interesting. Also, once you do a level a couple of times you will have the moves memorized, so just muter her and listen to your own music.

ps. this video was great!!! It was such a short amount of time out of my day, and I also noticed results very quickly

Have you done 30DS? i'm worried about getting through 40 min or exercising when the 25 min 30DS was a killer.
