  • I use shakes, and hard boiled egg whites ( no yokes) My shakes have 20 to 30 grams of protein. Also, Greek Yogurt has a lot of protein.

Eggs, Greek yogurt, skim milk, chicken breasts, lean beef cuts, salmon, tuna steak. These are a few of my favorite things.

    Eggs
Cheese - some people that diet don't want to eat cheese. I never stopped eating it.
Fish - specially salmon and tuna
Crab meat - I think they are high in fat so if you are watching this you might want to avoid it.
    Nuts - specially almonds
Lean Beef - grass-fed if possible
    Bison
    Chicken
Beans - soy beans are high in protein. Make sure they are organic to avoid gmo soy beans
Lentil - It has carbs but it is a good source of fiber and anti-oxidants
    Quinnoa
    Plain greek yogurt
    I will think of more.
