5'7 girls!! What are your stats?

Hey ladies. Lets share our stats to maybe help each other out. Obviously, if you're here, you are 5'7 and female, haha... What is your BMR? Based on that BMR, how many calories do you take in each day? How much weight loss lost in a week? Calories burned during excercise? Your net calories after all is done. I'll start...

My BMR for a moderately active person (excercise 3-4 days a week): 1800
Calories eaten per day: 1400 (and I struggle to take in that much)
Most lost in a week: Around 5
Calories burned during excercise: Around 500
Net calories after all is done: Around 900 (I know this is too low, I'm trying to get it up; maybe I should eat back my exercise calories)

Did anyone have something that worked for them for first two weeks, but have since hit a weight loss plateu? What did you do to change it, and did it help?
