Replace the soy milk with almond milk, it's better for you (and less calories)

I've put an X by the things I personally wouldn't get. But whatever works for you.

    x Fish Fingers
x (unless its air popped, plain) Popcorn
    Sweet Potatoes
    Edamame
    Bread
    Brocolli
    Green Beans
    Porridge
    Chilli/Mint Vegetable Loaves
    Beetroot/Goat Cheese Bakes
    Raisins
Fruit Roll (idk what they're called...yo-yos?)
    Kiwi Fruit
    Tinned Tomatoes
    Dill Pickles
    Soy Milk
    x Sausages
    x Lamb Grills
    x Corn Cobs
    x Croissants
    Eggs

The popcorn is the kind for popping at home, so yeah it'll be air popped and plain. The croissants are a treat, sausages and lamb are for low calorie easy protein (I have a lot of fish already) but it's not the best, I know :P What's wrong with corn on the cob, though?
Thanks for the tip on the almond milk, but it's like twice as expensive :( I'll have to try it one day! :)

Soy milk has more protein than almond-I wouldn't really say that one is "better" unless you have a problem with either. I get the unsweetened soy milk from Trader Joes. Beans and lentils are a good buy, especially bulk and dried.
